Support

Write to support@zirkle.app, in English or Spanish.

What to include

  1. What you asked your AI app and what happened. If Zirkle showed a message, copy it with its code, such as (ZK-CAD-003).
  2. Zirkle's diagnostic report:
    1. Open Zirkle Settings from the Start menu.
    2. In Help, choose Copy diagnostic report. Zirkle says "Copied. Paste it into your email to support@zirkle.app."
    3. Paste it into your email.

The report lists the versions and languages of Zirkle, Windows, your CAD and your AI apps, the state of each AI app, your Zirkle settings, your license status and the codes of the last 50 errors. It never contains drawing names, file paths, anything read from a drawing or your email.

Log files

If we ask for Zirkle's logs, open Zirkle Settings, and in Help choose Open log folder. Attach the newest files to your email. Logs keep the names of your CAD and your drawings, but never the text read from a drawing. Zirkle deletes logs after 14 days.

Error codes

Every message about a problem ends with a code, such as (ZK-CAD-003). Each code has its own page with its messages and what to do: for example, ZK-CAD-003. The address of a code's page is zirkle.app/errors/ followed by the code.

Common problems

Troubleshooting has the fixes for the most common problems: your AI app says Zirkle isn't connected, Zirkle's tools are missing after an update, Zirkle controls the wrong CAD, or it can't change your drawing.

Report a problem in public

You can also report a bug or ask for a feature in the Issues tab of Zirkle's public repository on GitHub, zirkle-cad-mcp. Issues are public: never post your diagnostic report or your logs there.
